Welcome to Education + Training Skills - ETS

Established in 1965 as a Group Training Organisation for Apprenticeships, ETS delivers a comprehensive National Vocational Qualification Service that specialises in the occupational delivery areas of Administration, ICT, Customer Services and Management at NVQ levels 1-5. ETS further supports its learner/employees regarding Young, Mainstream and Adult apprenticeships (14-64+)

ETS currently operates throughout Cornwall, Devon and Somerset with its head quarters based in Exeter. The organisation remains firmly committed to the achievement of Total Business Excellence through its determination with maintaining its Investor in People status which was first awarded in 1995, Quality Systems Assurance to ISO 9001 standards, achieved in 1999 and Quality Matrix accreditation, first awarded in 2004 for providing essential Information, Advice and Guidance to all of its Learner/Customers aged 14 to 64+.

In April 2006, ETS were granted full status from the Learning + Skills Council (LSC) as a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) to support Business training throughout Mid Devon with its partner, Exeter College.

More recently ETS received full compliance and formal recognition from the Cabinet Office as a recognised Charter Mark organisation for delivering excellence in Customer Service.
