Our aim is to provide a comprehensive range of services that meet your specific requirements in Education Training and Skills for all Employees throughout the two counties of Devon and Cornwall.

In an increasingly competitive environment successful businesses know that whatever their size, to continually progress they must develop and maintain a skilled and motivated workforce, ETS apprenticeships in Business Administration, Customer Service, ITQ and Management are made available through ETS for this purpose.

Our Apprenticeship programme is a work based training initiative for all employees aged 16-64 that leads to a nationally recognised qualification at NVQ level 3 and is designed to focus on practical job skills which will benefit your organisation. ETS are also contracted to deliver Young Apprenticeships (YA) with employers prior to pupils leaving school at 16.

Our ‘Train to Gain’ service has been designed to address specific Training solutions for Businesses across the whole of Devon and Cornwall. Funding for this service allows NVQ Training to be supplied by ETS at no charge to the employer.

This training is funded by the Learning + Skills Council (LSC) who contract directly with ETS who undergo rigorous inspection on quality and compliance to meet nationally recognised standards of delivery.
