What are Quality Marks

Quality Marks are awarded by different recognised institutions to measure theStamp quality of provision by an organisation. Below are quality marks, which are awarded to training providers for the quality of their training.

CoVE (ACHIEVED 2006)

Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) are specialist areas of vocational provision. They focus on enhancing the skills and careers of those already in work, the employability of new entrants to the labour market and the employment prospects of those seeking work. ETS has held this status for Business Administration since April 2006

Investors in People (ACHIEVED 1995)

Investors in People is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practices for improving an organisation’s performance through its people. ETS achieved its 5th (3) year recognition in February 2007

Charter Mark (ACHIEVED 2007)

Charter Mark is the Government’s national standard for excellence in customer service. It is a registered certification mark, which is owned by the Cabinet Office for Public Services who also determine the policy and administration of the scheme. ETS re-achieved this award (with full compliance) in June 2008

Matrix Quality System (ACHIEVED 2004)

The matrix quality standard is a national quality standard for organisations delivering information, advice and guidance services, developed in consultation with a wide range of service providers. ETS gained re-recognition of this award in December 2007 for both its internal and external services to customers 

ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management Systems (ACHIEVED 1999)

The standard is based around the principles of customer satisfaction, continued improvements and the development of a processed quality Management system. The award is underpinned by 8 key quality management principles.
