Business Administration
This qualification will give you the basis for a varied career in administration and will cover everything from answering the telephone to using databases.
Customer Service
For anyone providing a service to customers this qualification will assist you in becoming more competent in your role and more confident in the service you give. It will help you to give a quality service and to give solutions to problems in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.
ITQ
Many job roles now include the use of Information Technology and therefore qualifications, skills and knowledge in this area are becoming critical for career progression across a range of occupations. The ITQ covers area such as using different IT applications to carry out tasks, IT security and maintenance, using email, internet, producing reports, spreadsheets and databases.
Team Leading
For those in charge of a team this qualification gives the opportunities to develop your leadership skills and the abilities in directing and co-ordinating the team to reach their full potential. It will also enhance your skills to allow you to take on more responsibility and to progress further.
Management
These qualifications will allow you to further develop the leadership skills to excel in management. It will help you to get the best out of your staff, ensuring that they perform efficiently and effectively within their job roles.
Advice and Guidance
This qualification is for anyone who provides information, advice and guidance directly to clients. It will enhance your skills in establishing communication with clients, supporting clients to make use of advice and guidance services and show you how to review your contribution to the service and how to improve services.

These qualifications have been designated to specifically support and develop individuals whose job role involves assisting people to find work.
